This branding design project started because the enthusiasm of two young entrepreneurs (Jaime and Greg) that wanted to bring the delights of the gastronomic world to Bogota. Joyería Gastronómica is now a brand with more that 300 products of high quality that belongs from all over the world. From Africa to Alaska, this brand give us a passionate travel through the most exotic and refined flavors that can easily convert a simple egg dish into a master piece. This trip, that by the way they have been doing visiting the farms and productions of some of the products, was the inspiration of this publication that shows the history of the ingredients, the places they come from and also give us ideas of how to used them. The research of the visuals as well of the texts were one of the biggest challenges and delights of this work.
